To become a member of this great YMCA club set-up an appointment at the Member Services Desk with our training staff. This challenge is on-going and can be completed anytime during the year. With a total of 3 lifts ( Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift) the added weight for a female must be a minimum of 500lbs and 750 minimum for men. all members that have 3 lifts adding up to will receive a T-Shirt and have their names and photos posted on our website and the "YMCA Wall Of Strong"
